It’s been nearly a full year since the mandate on Home Energy Scores went into effect, and over 8,000 Portland Energy Score have been performed.  Looking back, it has been both a learning (and educating) experience as we have went from what to do next with all those Score, to getting the word out on Rebates and Incentive that Healthy Habitat.org offers to Buyers and Seller’s who had Score completed and improvements made.

 

Looking forward into 2019, we expect that we again see another 8,000+ Home Energy Scores taking place in Portland, and welcome the increased number of homeowners that are using those Score to make the needed updates/improvement to their properties.
